

Business Development Associate

Job Brief
As a Business Development Associate at Teracloud, your main goal will be to drive revenue growth through end-to-end sales management, from demand generation and lead qualification to deal closure. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, engaging potential clients, and managing the entire sales process — working closely with the Growth and Marketing teams to ensure a consistent pipeline and a high conversion rate.
This role is ideal for a proactive, goal-oriented professional who enjoys both the strategic and execution sides of business development in the cloud computing and AWS ecosystem
Responsibilities

Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and demand generation to negotiation and closure.

Develop and execute multi-channel outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, calls, events, ABM campaigns) to identify and engage high-potential prospects.

Research and segment target markets, identifying key decision-makers and business challenges across industries such as finance, retail, saas and energy.

Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities within HubSpot, ensuring consistent follow-up and data hygiene.

Collaborate with the Marketing team to align demand generation initiatives with business goals.

Represent Teracloud in industry events and webinars, actively networking to generate new relationships and opportunities.

Deliver impactful presentations to prospects, articulating the value of Teracloud’s AWS solutions.

Analyze sales and lead metrics, providing regular reports on campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI.
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (preferred).
- Certifications in Digital Marketing, Inbound Marketing, or Demand Generation (e.g., HubSpot) are a plus.
Experience
-
1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or demand generation, preferably in technology or cloud computing.

Proven ability to generate qualified leads.

Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase).

Experience executing ABM campaigns and outbound strategies.

Familiarity with AWS services and the cloud ecosystem is highly desirable.
Hard Skills

Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).

Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM for pipeline management and reporting.

Experience with prospecting and ABM tools such as Apollo, Dripify, or Lemlist.
