Project Manager

Job Brief
Your mission will be to ensure the efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability of our projects through strategic planning and resource management. You will act as the primary point of contact between the client and the project team, ensuring timely and successful project delivery, all while aligning with Teracloud's organizational goals and objectives.
Responsibilities

Leadership and Coordination: Lead the technical team in developing and maintaining solutions aligned with business objectives. Coordinate necessary resources, establish project plans, define and manage budgets, and supervise quality and team performance.

Best Practices and Risk Management: Apply the best project management practices, identify and manage risks, and maintain a strategic vision for business development.

Project Plan and Documentation: Define and manage project plans, including budget, schedule, and necessary resources, in collaboration with SA, PO, and SD teams. Create initial project documentation and assign unique project IDs on JIRA.

Progress and KPI Reporting: Generate periodic progress reports and KPI-based reports, presenting them to company management.

Continuous Improvement: Measure results to establish continuous improvement plans and enhance process efficiency.

Team Performance and Development: Ensure team ceremonies focus on value return, provide coaching, feedback, and inspiration to team members, and track and manage blockers and impediments.

Compliance and Standards Assurance: Ensure compliance with squad-level activities, manage risks, issues, and dependencies, and ensure teams meet quality and security standards.

Cross-Team Coordination: Manage intra-squad dependencies and ensure effective communication and dependencies between squads.

Customer Requirement Translation: Work with the Project Owner to translate customer problems into high-level requirements, epics, and stories, ensuring teams have what they need to deliver the proper increment of customer value.

Advocacy and Representation: Continuously advocate for team health, efficiency, and effectiveness, unblocking team members and managing risks. Represent squad work in company-wide presentations, working with the PO partner.
Requirements

Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar.

Expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.

Strong knowledge and experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure.

Proven ability to manage and optimize project budgets.

Strong skills in creating detailed project documentation and generating comprehensive progress reports.
Experience
-
Over 3 years of proven experience managing IT projects.

Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams.
-
Experience in managing large-scale and/or complex projects within cloud computing environments.

Specific experience with cloud computing projects.
