Teracloud Joins the Datadog Partner Network

Teracloud has joined the Datadog Partner Network, the program Datadog uses to bring together companies that implement its observability platform in production environments. For teams already operating in the cloud, what matters is not the announcement itself, but what it enables: managed monitoring and alerting across infrastructure, along with security and threat detection integrated into day-to-day operations.

Most teams find out something is wrong when the problem has already escalated, and that is where the cost starts to add up. According to the Uptime Institute’s 2025 Global Data Center Survey, 57% of respondents reported that their most recent outage cost more than $100,000, while 20% reported costs exceeding $1 million.

In security, the key variable is the same: time. IBM’s 2025 Cost of a Data Breach Report found that the average time to identify and contain a breach dropped to 241 days, the lowest figure in nine years. Managed monitoring and threat detection address that same variable: moving detection further upstream so that an incident costs less—or does not happen in the first place.

What the Partnership Adds

Joining the program gives the Teracloud team access to Datadog training, support, and technical resources. This translates into faster, better-calibrated implementations for customers. For those already working with Teracloud, the change is tangible: observability is no longer a layer each organization has to build on its own, but becomes part of the infrastructure’s design and day-to-day operation, backed by Teracloud’s status as an AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner.

Before choosing a tool, it is worth answering a different question: how early does your team currently find out what is happening across its infrastructure? That answer sets the direction for everything else, because it determines whether your operation is reacting to incidents or anticipating them.

If your team is reviewing how it monitors its cloud infrastructure, let’s talk about how to get there sooner.
