About Kuru
Kuru is a corporate financial management platform and service. It provides companies and public entities with the tools to manage expenses, issue prepaid corporate cards (Mastercard), and ensure funds are used only for authorized purposes through predefined approval rules.
Kuru’s Challenges
Kuru needed to automate the validation and registration of fiscal documents (receipts, invoices, and POS slips) associated with card transactions within their WhatsApp-based expense authorization workflow. The manual process created human errors, long review times, limited traceability, and required strict compliance with ARCA/AFIP regulations.
